The Odeon at The Factory
theodeonfranklin.com“If it inspires and connects, it belongs at The Odeon.”
Franklin’s home for live music, creative energy, and artistic collaboration.
Part venue, part creative playground. We champion bold expression—supporting rising talent ages 16–25, celebrating established voices, and building a space where creativity actually means something.
Purpose
- Provide a professional, welcoming environment for live music, visual art, residencies, workshops, showcases, and private events.
- Elevate young creatives through stage experience, exposure, and mentorship without treating them as content.
- Strengthen Franklin’s cultural identity by supporting both emerging and established artists.
- Generate earned revenue that supports FlaxCo’s mission-aligned programming across the city.
Location advantage
“The Odeon is an instrument of the mission—not the mission itself.”
The Odeon occupies the former Mockingbird Theater at The Factory—an established listening room with stage, seating, lighting, sound, built-in audiences, and a central place in Franklin’s creative ecosystem. That lets us spend resources on people and programming rather than construction.
Operating metrics—attendance, utilization, earned revenue—measure platform health. They do not substitute for FlaxCo’s human outcomes.
